Marilu Henner has the energy that teenagers have and the knowledge to become a wise woman. Her life is an outstanding model for women today who have it all. She is an actress author health guru, talk show host director, producer, dancer comedienne model and most important wife and mom! It's no wonder she has been given the name Perpetual Motion. Marilu Henner's whole life is an example of the effectiveness of her approach to health. She believes that when you're in great health, you'll be able to accomplish the most. However, it wasn't always that way. At the age of 16, she was a frequent yo-yo dieter and watching her weight go upwards. Her eating habits were emotional and she who felt sick and unhealthy constantly. Her parents passed away within their 50's - her mother from complications from arthritis and her father, from heart attacks--she realized she had to take control of her own health so it was certain that the same fate not come her way. This wasn't about dieting but about maintaining health and creating a lifestyle that maximized the way the body was designed to function.
